Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing care for 40-bed unit, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Participate in budget planning and management for nursing services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Supervise the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care outcomes, ensuring the highest standards are met.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training nursing staff to maintain a highly skilled team.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
• Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a dedicated nursing staff.
