We currently have an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cambridge area (Monday through Friday - AM shift). Our nurses help psychiatric and home health patients remain independent, avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, and receive compassionate care in the home setting.

• Assess and Adapt:
  Evaluate the patient’s current condition, medical needs, and overall well-being at each visit.
• Create and Modify Care Plans:
  Actively shape treatment plans based on patient needs and changing conditions.
• Teach and Support:
  Provide medication guidance for psychiatric patients and wound care for post-op patients to help them stay independent at home.
• Communicate and Coordinate:
  Keep providers, families, and care teams informed to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Document and Reflect:
  Submit visit notes from home to ensure accurate records for compliance and continuity of care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
