Hospice Volunteer Coordinator

Overview

All Care Hospice, a Non-Profit 5 Star Agency, is seeking a Full-Time Volunteer Coordinator to lead and grow our volunteer program. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by connecting caring volunteers with patients and families receiving hospice care.

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new volunteers.
• Build partnerships with community groups, schools, and faith organizations to promote volunteer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records, schedules, and documentation.
• Provide support and regular check-ins with volunteers.
• Plan volunteer recognition and appreciation events.
• Collaborate closely with the hospice team to align volunteer services with patient and family needs.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in volunteer management, community outreach, or hospice preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be able to travel throughout the service area.
