What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in planning and executing a calendar of donor-focused events, including major fundraisers and appreciation events
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, vendor management, and day-of-event operations
- Develop detailed planning documents such as production timelines and staffing plans
- Support donor engagement through thoughtful event experiences and targeted outreach
- Collaborate with the Communications team to promote events across various channels

- Strong organizational skills and project management experience
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Ability to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Excellent communication skills for outreach and donor engagement
- Proficiency in maintaining records and managing donor data
