The FFC is a member of the Support Services and Community Partnerships Team, which works to remove barriers to employment for JVS clients and applicants through building reciprocal relationships with Community Based Organizations that address these challenges.

In addition to this newly created fund, the FFC will oversee the administrative process for a separate funding source for a specific program, adhering to each program’s unique guidelines. The FFC oversees the process of administering $250K+ of funds to clients annually and requires the ability to solve complex problems while navigating bureaucratic systems with minimal oversight, as they coordinate a portfolio of clients’ needs through JVS’s financial support programs.
