Job Description & How to Apply Below

REACH GREEN is a nonprofit organization fighting climate change by starting locally, supporting climate-resilient neighborhoods, and preserving the green spaces communities rely on. We mobilize athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and active individuals who already feel the impact of green space loss and understand its connection to healthy, active living.

To restart the organization with focus and intention, REACH GREEN is beginning with small, high-impact events to raise money and awareness to support our mission. This “start small, grow smart” approach allows us to rebuild our community, demonstrate impact, and create a powerful feedback loop of participation and visible results. We operate with a lean, collaborative, curious, and flexible startup mindset driven by the belief that collective action can make a real difference.

Position Overview

We are seeking a curious, motivated, highly organized communicator to support REACH GREEN’s programs, event operations, and participant engagement as we thoughtfully rebuild the organization. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across nonprofit operations, event coordination, community building, digital communications, fundraising systems, and day-to-day execution.

You will work closely with leadership and gain broad exposure to how a nonprofit operates.
