OverviewThe Fellowship Associate will play a key role in supporting the Activate Fellowship program, which empowers emerging leaders to drive social change in their communities. This position involves coordinating fellowship activities, engaging with fellows, and supporting program evaluation.
Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment and selection of fellows.
- Coordinate fellowship events and workshops.
- Provide support to fellows throughout their fellowship experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback for program improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in program management or community engagement is a plus.
- Passion for social change and community development.
