Overview
Partners Capital is seeking a Senior Associate focused on strategic corporate communications to support the ongoing development and execution of our global communications and marketing strategies. This individual will partner across the organization to develop and execute high-impact communications initiatives across earned, owned, and internal channels, reinforcing the firm’s brand positioning, and thought leadership with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications programs that enhance enterprise brand positioning, support business growth, and strengthen relationships with key external audiences. This role partners closely with senior executives, investment leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality communications across media, content, and events.
This role will be active in elevating leadership profiles through high-impact media engagement, thought leadership, and industry forums; cultivating strong relationships with top-tier financial and business media; crafting compelling content; and coordinating global events in partnership with product and investment teams and external vendors. They will assist in managing our internal and external messaging to enhance our presence and engagement across traditional and digital channels.
The candidate should be highly collaborative, metrics-driven, and experienced in aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, commercial, and measurable communications outcomes.
- Enterprise Marketing & Communications Strategy:
Partner across the Communications team to develop and execute on integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with firmwide priorities and business objectives. - Media Strategy & Execution:
Set and direct proactive channel media relations strategies that align with organizational priorities, product launches, key campaigns, and global brand positioning. - Executive Visibility:
Act as a strategic counselor to senior executives, partnering with them to refine and amplify their public voices through high-visibility media opportunities, keynote speeches, op-eds, and industry forums. - Media Relationship Management:
Cultivate and deepen relationships with top-tier financial, business, and trade media across key global markets. - Content Development:
Draft and edit press releases, media briefings, Q&As, and messaging documents tailored to key audiences. Prepare and distribute firm intellectual property that highlights our investment perspectives, macro trends, and global expertise. - Event Coordination & Content:
Partner with respective teams to execute successful client events globally including thematic alignment, content preparation, event logistics, and follow-up amplification for social channels and client communications. - Measurement & Reporting:
Monitor earned media and conference amplification; coordinate and analyze performance metrics to provide regular reporting to stakeholders. - Internal Communications:
Draft and contribute to internal communications programs that embody our core values and principles, fostering greater connectivity, culture, and transparency across our global team. Support executive communications for firmwide initiatives including internal announcements, worldwide calls, and firm meetings.
Key responsibilities may be assessed and are subject to change from time to time based on the needs of the business.
Additional responsibilities- Responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team
- Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channel
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
