Job Overview – Marketing & Communications Program Manager (Financial Services) Compensation: $70/hour
Location:
Boston, MA
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (In-Office). Atlantic Group is hiring a Marketing & Communications Program Manager (Financial Services) in Boston, MA for our client. In this temporary, in-office role, you will lead integrated marketing and external communications supporting investment products across private markets and private wealth. You will drive thought leadership, media relations, and executive visibility in partnership with senior leaders and product teams.
- Integrated Marketing & Communications Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive awareness of investment offerings through thought leadership, digital campaigns, and executive visibility.
- Media Relations & Brand Positioning: Lead proactive media relations strategies aligned with product launches, key campaigns, and global brand priorities across private markets and private wealth.
- Executive Communications & Counsel: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, supporting media engagement, keynote speaking opportunities, op-eds, and participation in industry forums.
- Content Development & Messaging: Draft and edit press releases, media briefings, Q&As, and messaging materials tailored to investors, clients, and media audiences.
- Execution & Reporting: Partner with communications, product, and investment teams to execute campaigns and events while monitoring earned media performance and delivering insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Finance, or Business required.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in external communications within financial services, asset management, or a communications agency serving financial clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in media relations, content strategy, thought leadership, and digital and social media management within regulated financial environments.

Proven experience leading high-impact media and communications campaigns for product launches, brand building, and executive positioning. - Skills & Attributes: Strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong judgment, C-suite advisory experience, and a track record of securing top-tier media coverage.
