We are a fast-growing coding and robotics education company helping kids ages 5–18 build confidence through technology, engineering, and creativity. With six locations across Massachusetts (4) and New York (2) and a team of 30+ instructors, we serve thousands of families through classes, camps, and robotics programs. We’re looking for an early-career marketer to join our team and grow with us.
Role OverviewThis is an entry-level, hands-on marketing role designed for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who wants real ownership, real responsibility, and rapid learning.
You’ll work closely with leadership to support enrollment growth, free trials, and seasonal programs across all locations. You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for someone organized, curious, and eager to learn.
Job Description- Support monthly marketing campaigns focused on free trial sign-ups and enrollment
- Assist with summer session marketing (planning begins in November and runs through July)
- Help coordinate campaigns across multiple locations
- Create and send email campaigns for:
- New leads and free trials
- Coding and robotics classes and camps
- Seasonal enrollment and re-engagement
- Track basic performance metrics and help optimize future campaigns
- Assist with managing paid ads on:
- Facebook / Instagram
- Learn how to monitor performance, test messaging, and support budget decisions
- Help plan and schedule social media content
- Create posts highlighting:
- Coding and robotics programs
- Student projects and events
- Camps, free trials, and promotions
- Coordinate with instructors to collect photos and short videos
- Support outreach to schools, PTOs, and community partners
- Help promote open houses, camps, and robotics events
- Assist with local marketing initiatives at each location
- Update website content, landing pages, and promotions
- Create shortened campaign URLs (e.g., /birthdays)
- Help create print materials like posters and flyers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms
- Interest in education, kids, STEM, or robotics
- Internship or part-time experience in marketing
- Familiarity with email tools, social media platforms, or paid ads
- Basic design experience (Canva or similar)
- Real ownership — not just “busy work”
- Exposure to ads, email, social, events, and community marketing
