We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to join our Leadership Team and play a critical role in transforming the narrative within the blockchain space. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketer who is passionate about advancing the blockchain industry. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, executing impactful projects, and mobilizing teams to achieve key objectives.

The role is hands-on, requiring expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and relationship management with 4-5 portfolio companies. As the Head of Marketing, you will ensure the brand messaging resonates strongly with our core audience. Your leadership will extend to team hiring and expansion, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams in PR, content development, social strategy, and growth campaigns.

You will also represent the company at key industry events.

To succeed in this role, you should possess 7-10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, particularly within early and growth-stage crypto companies. We seek a critical thinker with a demonstrated history of successful marketing campaigns, strong strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a marketing budget effectively while optimizing ROI. Experience with emergent technology brands and a solid understanding of the crypto/blockchain landscape is essential.
