The Programmatic Media Buyer, Health Media will manage the delivery of our programmatic campaigns and will drive success for a broad range of advertisers in a fast-paced, results-driven, client focused environment. A majority of these brands will be in the pharmaceutical industry and a level of knowledge and comfort of working in regulated industries is a plus. Knowledge of health DSP’s a must.
The opportunity is to join a growing team as we build our programmatic services in audience-based advertising to new and existing clients focused on both display and CTV opportunities. You will be responsible for proposing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms (DSPs) for your own portfolio of clients and help maximize performance of the campaigns, while contributing to the wider marketing objectives of globally recognized brands.
You will interpret campaign performance while providing creative insights, reporting, and media solutions to meet campaign challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Own and manage the complete programmatic campaign life cycle inclusive of planning, buying, creative and pixel management, optimization, on-going account management, making recommendations, etc.
- Actively set-up, execute, manage, and optimize numerous campaigns within multiple DSPs simultaneously
- Perform daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver on campaign budgets and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs
- Optimize campaign performance daily using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and excel based data analysis
- Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals
- Perform weekly analysis of top performing domains and 3rd party statistics
- Run weekly reports of management statistics for client’s campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) and communicate performance reports and learnings with client(s), internal stakeholders, and agency partners
- Execute updates to programmatic media plans as needed
- Develop an understanding of A/B and split testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of the Digital Director
- Serve as a programmatic expert to clients around Havas Edge technology and expertise, and what sets us apart from competitors
- Develop a thorough understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem and the modern media agency
- Exemplify curiosity and keep abreast of industry developments, learning new technology platforms to provide recommendations to client teams
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in programmatic media buying (performance driven preferred)
- You have hands-on experience working in self-serve Demand Side Platforms
- You have experience with health focused DSPs such as Deep Intent, Pulsepoint, KOMODO, IQVIA, or Swoop
- You have experience in regulated industries- pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- You are familiar with campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA’s, secondary conversions
- You have prior experience in reporting, strategic planning, and performance management of campaigns
- You have strong analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets
- You demonstrate solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisions
- You can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and experienced in managing projects from concept to completion
- You work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
- You enjoy interacting with people at all levels of the organization (internal and external stakeholders) and fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
- You are productive in both an independent and collaborative team setting
