Responsible for basic and complex marketing actions aligned with solution marketing, industry marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, market research, digital marketing, and/or advertising for all of DI SW through market research, analyses, and executions of specific marketing programs and projects. Works with managers and directors to implement, identify, and at times develop effective and productive marketing tactics, strategies and plans. Works independently on projects of moderate scope.

Expansive general knowledge of marketing principles and practices, effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong technical aptitude. Typically requires 5 years' experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Professional to join our innovative team at Siemens Digital Industries Software. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth for our B2B engineering software solutions. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary based on experience level but will generally include:

  • Strategy & planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives for specific products, solutions, or market segments within the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.

  • Content creation & management: Collaborate with product management, sales, and technical experts to create compelling marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website copy, presentations, videos, and social media updates.

  • Product-led growth :
    Create marketing programs based on the inherent value of our product and user experience as the primary drivers for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, including a focus on product discovery and frictionless adoption. Ensure all content is on-brand, technically accurate, and optimized for target audiences and channels.

  • Digital marketing & demand generation: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising) to drive lead generation and engagement.

  • Partner enablement: Develop sales tools and collateral (e.g., battle cards, presentations, demos) that empower our partner and sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.

  • Sales partnership :
    Work closely with sales to understand their needs and provide marketing support that directly contributes to their success.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and other key marketing metrics. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.

  • Collaboration & communication: Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, corporate communications, and other marketing teams globally to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education & Experience
  • 4-6 years relevant marketing program or content development experience in a B2B software environment, CAD, PLM or related industry experience a plus

  • Experience in B2B marketing and eCommerce, especially in the small and medium business (SMB) market, is essential

  • Understanding of product-led growth initiatives related to marketing is essential

  • Strong writing skills and demonstrated experience delivering content for marketing campaigns, websites and sales tools, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
