Associate Manager, Accounts

* The Role:

** We are looking for an Associate Manager, Accounts, to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As an Associate Manager, Accounts you will actively contribute to the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from recruitment, strategic development management, and execution.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Create, implement and lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide, effectively communicating how Wasserman Next Gen can enhance the student experience through program opportunities Contribute to agency culture by actively participating in building positive internal relationships and maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passion points

Perform other duties, as assigned

* Qualifications & Skills:

** 0-2 years of related work experience outside of or at Next Gen, ideally with exposure to brand ambassadors, creators, events and/or experiential marketing

Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills

Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem solve

Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) a plus

Base salary range: $50k - $55k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.  Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
