The Marketing & Membership Coordinator supports Greenie
RE’s outreach, communications, and engagement efforts. This role serves as a key communications bridge between members, partners, and the broader climate and insurance communities. The position combines hands‑on marketing execution with membership coordination, content development, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities Membership Outreach & Engagement- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new members and engage existing stakeholders
- Coordinate membership communications, including welcome campaigns, renewals, and member benefit highlights
- Track membership metrics and provide regular reporting on growth, engagement, and retention
- Support member onboarding and maintain accurate member databases
- Communicate in the language of insurance and risk management to our most important stakeholder groups including end users, lenders, project developers, insurance brokers and other insurers
- Coordinate production of newsletters, including content development, formatting, scheduling, and distribution through Hub Spot
- Create clear and compelling content that communicates complex climate and insurance topics to diverse audiences
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across communications and partner channels
- Coordinate cross‑organizational communications to ensure alignment and maximize reach
- Maintain up‑to‑date corporate presentations and client‑facing materials and support executive reporting
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, trends, and engagement opportunities
- Curate and schedule social media content that drives awareness and engagement
- Develop social media strategies that support organizational goals and membership growth
- Track social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Support planning and execution of webinars, including speaker coordination and promotional outreach
- Assist with webinar platforms and ensure smooth technical execution
- Create post‑event content and follow‑up communications to maximize engagement
- Support virtual and in‑person event marketing as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or membership management
- Demonstrated proficiency with Hub Spot (or similar marketing/CRM platforms)
- Strong design skills with working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and similar applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical content for general audiences
- Experience supporting social media platforms and creating engaging digital content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- Experience with in the insurance industry, bonus for experience with group captives, reciprocals, risk retention groups or mutuals.
- Experience in membership organizations, or association management
- Familiarity with climate change, sustainability, insurance, or risk management topics
- Experience creating professional presentations, marketing collateral, infographics, and visual content using PowerPoint, Canva, and similar applications
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and visual storytelling
- Experience coordinating webinars or virtual events
- Familiarity with website content management systems
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 a year. Benefits include:
