We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 5 months (extendable)

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Responsibilities

• Support execution of product marketing initiatives including launches, inforce campaigns, and compliance processes.
• Maintain and update marketing materials across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, editorial, digital, compliance) to deliver marketing assets.
• Manage project timelines and approvals; ensure on-time delivery.
• Support communications, email marketing, and feedback collection.
• Provide project updates and assist with state approvals.
• Back up other marketing managers as needed; share best practices and stay current with trends and regulations.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5–7 years of marketing experience.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Experience creating marketing materials for sales support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice-To-Have:

• Background in insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with social platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Marketo).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
