Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Marketing Promotions Manager will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Commercial Operations team, collaborating closely with the FIFA Miami team and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch design solutions for FWC
26.
The main responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment to support the world's largest event.
- Overseeing daily expectations of teams and partners, making critical decisions for marketing execution.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, activations, and digital strategies targeting FIFA World Cup 2026 audiences.
- Engaging local creative ideas for ticket sales, social activations, and collaborations.
- Monitoring project progress and deadlines.
- Executing activations related to milestone campaigns like Mascot, Trophy Tour, Fan Festival, and partner integrations.
- Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring brand consistency across assets and media.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners for marketing efforts.
- Handling logistics for events and activations around FIFA World Cup 2026.
- Communicating proactively with agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely media placement and campaign reporting to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong accountability, decision-making, and initiative skills.
- Ability to promote inclusivity and demonstrate leadership.
- Strategic vision and innovative thinking.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years in marketing, event, or project management roles.
- Experience with large-scale events, client management, and multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English;
Spanish and French are advantageous. - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
