Como Marketing Director en BCG, serás responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing y comunicación a nivel global. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo del área de Marketing, Ventas y Precios, así como con el Chief Marketing Officer de BCG.
- Definir y liderar estrategias de marketing multicanal.
- Gestionar publicaciones, contenido y eventos estratégicos.
- Supervisar métricas de desempeño y optimizar el impacto del marketing.
- Desarrollar asociaciones clave y mejorar la base de datos CRM.
- Liderar equipos y gestionar presupuestos de marketing.
- Más de 10 años de experiencia en marketing y comunicación, preferiblemente en consultoría.
- Inglés fluido (nivel nativo preferido).
- Habilidades en gestión de proyectos complejos y liderazgo estratégico.
