Creative, Digital & Marketing Recruiter at Creative Circle

Our client, a large ecommerce company, is looking to hire a full time Director of SEO (AI Engine Optimization) to join their team! This role is based in Boston, MA and the team works on site in downtown Boston Tuesdays-Thursdays.

This person will be responsible for search engine optimization strategy and implementation across both the B2B and B2C sides of the business. This role will focus on leveraging AI technologies to enhance SEO efforts, optimize content, and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of SEO best practices and experience in developing and executing effective SEO strategies.

Experience leading SEO/AI initiatives in previous roles will be required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and content creation.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in SEO management, with a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
