Title: Master Production Scheduling, Metrics & Communications Lead
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract (6+ months, extension possible)

About the roleThis role serves as the central authority for site-level production scheduling, ensuring alignment across production, supply chain, and operations teams. The individual will own scheduling governance, performance metrics, and Smartsheet-based visibility to drive execution discipline in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the master production scheduler, aligning site production schedules across functional and area schedulers
Own and maintain the site’s scheduling source of truth, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and disciplined system usage
Lead recurring scheduling forums, including preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-up on actions and decisions
Develop, implement, and own scheduling KPIs such as schedule adherence, stability, and execution performance
Track, analyze, and communicate schedule performance trends and drivers of deviation
Build, own, and maintain Smartsheets and dashboards providing real-time visibility into schedules, risks, and KPIs
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or program management
- Strong hands‑on experience with Smartsheet, including sheets, workflows, and dashboards
- Experience acting as a central scheduler, systems owner, or planning integrator
- Background in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and cross‑functional coordination skills
- Estimated hourly range: $50–$65/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview outcomes
