Overview
Location:
Positions Located North & South of Boston
- Operate the plant safely and efficiently during the assigned shift, monitoring boilers, turbines, and the steam plant.
- Provide technical training to all personnel on the assigned shift.
- Maintain and enforce cost-effective facility operations in accordance with operating procedures and standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of power plant operations experience.
- Detailed knowledge of power plant equipment, operating procedures, and standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- MA 2nd Class Engineers License.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- MA Maritime Graduates encouraged to apply.
- Salary midpoint: $130,000.
- Eligible for 13% annual bonus.
- Health benefits day 1 of employment.
- Position may require OT as needed.
