Plant Supervisor - Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturing

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Supervisor in the alcoholic beverages production and bottling/canning facility located in South Easton, MA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including coordinating plant activities, supervising production teams, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Plant Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing plant maintenance, managing equipment functionality, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Additional duties include employee training and fostering a positive and efficient team environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the alcoholic beverages manufacturing, distillery, or brewery industry is necessary

• Experience with production equipment and machinery

• Strong Organizational Skills and attention to details

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage teams effectively

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and overseeing bottling/canning processes

• Experience with Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for day-to-day plant production and operations

• Participate in and manage plant production

• Align inventory orders and availability for upcoming projects with production schedule

• Ensure plant and equipment cleaning is completed per company policies

• Ensure all process documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner per company policies

• Assist in unloading of incoming and loading of outgoing shipments

• Attend potential customer production meetings

• Equipment repair not in scope for this position
