We’re partnering with a well-established food manufacturer in the Brockton area seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations, improve efficiency, and drive team performance.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years in food manufacturing with leadership experience (or 10+ years with an associate's)
- Strong knowledge of production, quality, and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
