Sanitation Manager – Food Manufacturing
Brockton, MA | Full-Time
A growing food manufacturer in the Brockton area is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead plant sanitation efforts and ensure full compliance with USDA, FDA, and BRC standards.
Key Duties:
- Lead sanitation team and manage schedules
- Oversee compliance with HACCP, SSOP, GMP
- Train staff on safety and sanitation protocols
- Manage audits, chemical use, and documentation
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years’ experience in food manufacturing sanitation
- Knowledge of USDA/FDA and food safety regulations
- Able to work in refrigerated environments
