Recruitment Consultant at Green Life Sciences – Putting the ‘Search’ into Research

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing organization to achieve business goals and production targets.
• Ensure all operations comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to maintain product quality and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Lead and develop manufacturing teams, ensuring appropriate training, development, and performance management.
• Support technology transfers, scale‑up, and new product introductions in collaboration with Technical and R&D functions.
• Maintain and manage manufacturing documentation, batch records, and deviation/investigation reports in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Ensure aseptic and cleanroom operations are conducted according to sterile manufacturing best practices (if applicable).
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including labour, materials, and capital expenditures.
• Represent Manufacturing in audits, inspections, and regulatory agency interactions as required.
