Installation Operator Job Boston area,Massachusetts USA,Manufacturing / Production

Under the general supervision of a site superintendent, responsible for all physical labor performed on the job for installation of synthetic turf fields. Overnight travel is required for this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist in setting up field upon arrival.

Handle and place aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings.

Handle and place straight edge.

Cut turf with scissors and razor knives with precision.

Place turf markings & logos into hot glue.

Check seam quality and bond strength of glued turf.

Perform cleanup around job site.

Assist with walk-through at job completion.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and Human Resources.

Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.

Help other employees to accomplish Company goals.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
