Corporate Creative Manager

Actively seeking a CONTRACT Creative Manager (Covering a Parental Leave) for a HYBRID and CONTRACT Position within a top Corporate Law Firm. The right candidate will have 9-10+ years of progressive and corporate Graphics and Creative Design experience within a Law Firm, Professional Services Firm, or in a Corporate environment.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST

HOURLY RATE: $40 - $50/Hr. (Commensurate w/Experience) + Overtime

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• 9-10+ Years of Graphics & Creative Design Experience is REQUIRED
• Experience in Design within a Professional Services, Financial Services, or Law Firm REQUIRED
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Design Software REQUIRED

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all creative requests
• Manage and direct the design function, including in-house project teams, outside agencies, and the budget
• Provide creative direction and oversight across design initiatives, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned outputs
• Manage end-to-end creative workflows, smartly leveraging in-house and external staff, to meet required timelines and priorities, including unanticipated and time-sensitive requests
• Partner closely with colleagues across editorial, events, marketing communications, marketing operations, and other internal teams
• Uphold and consistently apply firm brand standards across all creative deliverables
