Role Overview:
As International Tax Partner, you will provide technical leadership, strengthen key client relationships, and work directly with firm leadership to scale and expand the international tax practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow an established international PCS tax portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance.
- Drive business development and practice expansion.
- Mentor senior staff and develop future leaders.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategy and succession planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA, EA, or equivalent certification.
- Extensive international tax leadership experience.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Experience leading teams and growing a tax practice.
Compensation: Competitive Partner-level compensation + performance bonus + equity
