As a Supervisor, Inventory & Controls, you bring strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy that keeps essential inventory and systems running reliably. You work proactively, communicating clearly and collaborating smoothly with teams across the organization while staying calm and focused in a fast paced operational environment. You apply sound judgment, resourcefulness, and analytical thinking to anticipate needs, solve problems, and continuously improve processes so airport operations remain efficient and well supported.

• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and maintenance of parts, supplies, and equipment at appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain and update computerized inventory systems, ensuring accurate records, supporting audits, and implementing improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Manage purchasing‑related workflows by obtaining vendor pricing, creating and tracking requisitions and orders, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, and operational departments to support timely part fulfillment, accurate financial reporting, and strong inventory control practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional work experience required.
• 3‑5 years maintenance operations experience and related experience in a material handling warehouse operation environment required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computerized inventory control systems.
• Strong administrative skills with solid computer proficiency and the ability to support facilities maintenance requirements.
