Responsibilities
- Process and review bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Manage payroll entries, deductions, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Coordinate closely with HR on employee changes, benefits, and payroll‑related updates
- Support Paylocity administration, including data maintenance and system cleanup
- Assist with payroll transition activities for newly acquired entities
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws, regulations, and company policies
- Respond to payroll‑related inquiries and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Hands‑on experience processing payroll end‑to‑end
- Proven experience with bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll cycles
- Strong familiarity with payroll systems;
Paylocity experience strongly preferred (ADP or similar systems acceptable) - Experience handling complex payroll deductions, including union dues, benefits, and deferred compensation
- Ability to work independently and manage the full payroll process with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in a temporary, fast‑moving environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
