Regional Sales Manager – Northeast U.S.

Kitchen & Bath | Dealer Channel Leadership | High-Impact Territory

$150,000 - $160,000 + bonus + vehicle allowance + 401k

A major North American manufacturer in the kitchen & bath sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its Northeast U.S. market.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, high-value territory (~$150M) with an experienced team already in place and significant room for growth. The business is a multi-billion-dollar industry leader with a portfolio of well-known brands and a strong reputation across the dealer, contractor, and builder channels.

The region covers New York State, Maine, Rhode Island and surrounding Northeast markets (excluding the NYC boroughs and Long Island).

Candidates based near Boston or within easy reach of a major airport in the region would be ideal.

This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will focus on leading people, strengthening relationships, and unlocking the full potential of an already strong market.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a high-performing but opportunity-rich territory, leading a team of eight sales representatives across a mix of direct employees and independent rep agencies.

The right person will bring the leadership, structure, and energy required to help the team fully realize the potential of the market — driving performance, strengthening dealer relationships, and increasing market share across the region.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. The business is looking for a visible leader in the field, someone who enjoys ride-alongs, coaching reps, developing strategy, and working closely with customers and partners. Travel for this role will be circa 75%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of eight sales professionals, including both direct employees and independent rep agencies
  • Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to maximize team effectiveness
  • Set clear goals, strategy, and direction for the region
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the Northeast territory
  • Strengthen relationships with dealer partners, while also supporting contractor, builder, and homeowner engagement
  • Identify opportunities to develop dealer programs and deepen channel partnerships
  • Support reps with training, product knowledge, and market positioning
  • Resolve customer issues, manage channel conflict, and ensure strong collaboration across the network
  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute regional market strategy

The territory is already supported by a stable, experienced group of sales professionals who know their markets well.

The pieces are largely in place — the right people in the right roles — and the opportunity now is to provide the leadership and direction required to help the team reach the next level.

The region represents approximately $150M in business today, with clear opportunities for expansion.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in speaking with experienced sales leaders who understand the kitchen & bath ecosystem and how the dealer channel operates.

Strong Candidates Will Typically Bring
  • Leadership experience managing regional sales teams or rep networks
  • Background in kitchen & bath, cabinetry, building materials, or closely related sectors
  • Experience working with dealer networks, and ideally exposure to contractors and home builders
  • A track record of coaching teams, improving performance, and growing territories

    Strong commercial instincts combined with a relationship-driven leadership style
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the Northeast region
