Senior Program Manager, CNA

Under the direction of the Van Otterloo-Weatherbie Director of the Center for Netherlandish Art (CNA), the Senior Program Manager will work with external stakeholders and internal staff across several departments to lead, develop, and implement educational programs and special events including a residential fellowship program and summer institute; forge and direct partnerships with outside organizations and institutions in the United States, and elsewhere;

establish protocols and conduct evaluation of CNA programs; lead the CNA’s communication strategy, and participate in fundraising activities and donor relations. The Senior Program Manager will help define and support overall CNA strategy and partnership development and stewardship, in collaboration with the Director.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied projects and responsibilities, requiring active collaboration with internal staff and clear, professional communication with donors and other external stakeholders.
