Manager​/Senior Manager Medical Promotion and Review Operations

Role Summary

The Manager/Senior Manager, Medical & Promotional Review Operations oversees the day-to-day workflow of PRC/MLR and Medical Review processes, manages review calendars and meeting operations, and ensures timely routing of Commercial and Medical Affairs materials. This cross-functional operations role supports Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory teams to move materials efficiently through review and approval.

Location:

Boston (Hybrid).

• Manage PRC/MLR/MRC calendars, scheduling, agendas, and submission timelines.
• Coordinate end-to-end routing of commercial and medical materials through review and approval workflows.
• Serve as the primary system administrator for Veeva Promo Mats/Med Comms (or similar platforms), ensuring accurate version control and metadata.
• Communicate deadlines, next steps, and status updates to internal teams and agency partners.
• Train users and support teams on submission best practices and system navigation.
• Maintain guidance documents, SOPs, and process maps to ensure consistent operations.
• Track workflow metrics and support continuous improvement across review processes.

• 4–7+ years of experience in biotech/pharma operations (MLR/PRC/medical review experience preferred).
• Strong project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva or other content review systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
