Real Estate Valuations Services Manager or Senior Manager
Weaver is a national full‑service accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Valuations Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will plan, supervise, and review multiple engagements—including real estate appraisals for financial and tax reporting, mortgage‑based lending, and purchase decisions—while providing consulting services related to sale/leaseback analyses, purchase price allocations, and fairness opinions.
Position ProfileThe Real Estate Valuations Manager or Senior Manager will:
- Lead teams on complex valuation engagements and manage client relationships.
- Develop and maintain discounted cash flow models in Argus Enterprise.
- Extract and analyze commercial lease data, identify key valuation metrics.
- Review and interpret historical financial statements and budgets to project future property‑level expenses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
- Licensed Certified General Appraiser in at least one U.S. state.
- 5–10 years of experience in public accounting, national valuation, investment or commercial banking, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and commercial lease extraction.
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating financial statements and budgeting.
- Master’s degree.
- MAI Certification.
Compensation range: $100,000 to $245,000, based on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
