Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee our site work and landscape projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain a seamless workflow on-site.

- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet tight deadlines.

- Conduct takeoffs and read engineered plans to ensure accurate project execution and compliance with design specifications.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and resource allocation.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscape construction project management or a similar role.

- A background in civil engineering is highly desirable and will enhance project execution.

- Strong understanding of both site work and landscape design principles.

- Ability to perform takeoffs and read, interpret, and comprehend full engineered plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.

- Relevant certifications in landscape architecture or construction management are a plus.
