As our organization continues its global expansion, we are seeking driven professionals with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and consistently meeting sales objectives across both lighting and systems product categories. This position oversees all aspects of project planning, execution, delivery and installation of residential lighting, shading and controls projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project management team, setting clear goals and objectives and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize project delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all residential lighting, shading and controls projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project design, lighting design, installation, and business development, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables for projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including customers, executive leadership, and sales team members, to provide regular updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.
  • Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying potential obstacles and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project management team, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing to drive project success.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional development goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in residential lighting, shading, controls and project management, and incorporate relevant insights into project management methodologies and processes.
What you will bring / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Led cross-functional coordination with construction counterparts to align schedules, manage dependencies, and maintain project quality.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex luxury residential projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience working in lighting industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile, Waterfall or Asana.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Travel requirements are anticipated for this position: 50% or more.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $141,000 – $150,000
  • Work-Life Balance:
