SVP Fund Accounting

The SVP Fund Accounting is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within one of the world's most established and respected global financial services institutions. As a Senior Vice President within Fund Accounting, you will play a key role in leading high-performing teams, overseeing complex fund structures, and driving operational excellence across ETF and/or Mutual Fund Accounting. This is a visible role combining technical depth, people leadership, and strategic oversight in a highly collaborative, well-resourced environment.

• Provide senior leadership across ETF and/or Mutual Fund Accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of NAVs and financial reporting
• Oversee complex fund structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory, accounting, and client-specific requirements
• Act as a senior escalation point for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Lead, develop, and mentor managers and teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive operational efficiency, process enhancement, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, technology, and client service
• Contribute to strategic projects, change initiatives, and growth plans within the wider business

• Significant experience in Fund Accounting, with exposure to ETFs and/or Mutual Funds
• Proven leadership experience at senior manager / director / SVP level within a fund administration or asset servicing environment
• Strong technical understanding of fund accounting principles, NAV production, and financial reporting
• Experience managing large or complex teams in a regulated environment
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior internal stakeholders and external clients
• Track record of driving process improvement, change, or transformation initiatives
• Degree qualified; professional accounting qualification advantageous but not essential
