Resource Manager.
Location:
Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week).
Our client, a law firm in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Resource Manager to help determine hiring needs, Associate assignments, support recruiting efforts, coordinate professional development opportunities and new hire orientation, and be involved in overall department operations. This is a highly collaborative and analytical role, and they're looking for a candidate with direct resource management experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in resource management, professional development, or staffing in a professional services environment
- Experience working in a law firm strongly preferred
