We are seeking a career-driven individual for an exciting opportunity in the Boston, MA area!
Our client is a premier, US-based manufacturer of civil construction products, which are specified into commercial and municipal projects. This company is an industry leader with a top-tier market position and a strong growth trajectory.
The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the New England Region. This individual will be responsible for training, and motivating sales professionals across the region, while implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals. This position is open to due to a retirement, leaving a prime sales management position open!
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of sales management experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
- Proven track record of growing sales and leading successful teams
- Experience with engineered or technical products preferred
- Travel daily within the region to engage with sales reps and customers. This position will require approx. 25% overnight travel (4 nights per month)
- Strong business acumen across sales, finance, and operations
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
- Team player with a desire to win and help others succeed
