This is an upcoming leadership hire, aligned with accelerating surgeon adoption, expanding hospital footprint, and scaling a repeatable global sales engine.

The Opportunity

You will lead the global sales function, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to take the business from early commercial success into sustained, scalable growth.

The remit blends big-company rigour with startup execution strong process, disciplined forecasting, and elite talent, delivered at pace.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end global sales strategy across spinal orthopaedics
  • Build and scale a high-performing direct sales organisation
  • Recruit, develop, and lead regional sales leaders and reps
  • Drive surgeon adoption, account penetration, and procedural pull-through
  • Define territories, quotas, pricing frameworks, and compensation plans
  • Establish sales cadence, metrics, and forecasting discipline
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Operations
  • Represent commercial strategy at board and investor level
