• Drive benefits and total rewards programs grounded in competitive market practice and operational excellence that support attracting, motivating, and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.
• Partner with Finance on total rewards budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, including benefits, compensation, and related programs.
• Evaluate administrative costs, pricing, and overall effectiveness of benefits and total rewards offerings, recommending strategies to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Lead vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals across benefits and total rewards programs.
• Develop and execute compelling communication strategies to ensure employees clearly understand the company’s total rewards offerings—including benefits, wellness, and compensation programs—and to drive awareness, participation, and engagement.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Benefits and/or Total Rewards management.
• Financial Services experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong collaborator with experience managing partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to achieve results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The annual base salary range is $110k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
