We are seeking an experienced Community Manager for a 98-unit LIHTC community located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Community Manager and a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the community, maintaining all files and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal agencies; complete move-ins and move-outs with corresponding inspections; provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents while promoting resident relations and handling complaints.
- Undertake fiscal responsibilities, including preparing an annual budget, setting effective rents to achieve growth in GPR while maintaining occupancy, completing variance and weekly reports, refunding security deposits, processing invoices and daily deposits, and controlling delinquency, AP, and AR.
- Promote teamwork to achieve common goals by hiring, training, and motivating community personnel.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry.
- Experience with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME.
- Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
- Experience with property management software (Real Page, One Site, Yardi) or ability to learn such software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and current technologies.
- Ability to understand financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statements and General Ledgers.
- Spanish fluency required to communicate with diverse resident population.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours) with occasional evening or weekend duties as needed.
