PEPI Manager – Merger Integration & Carve‑Outs (Open to all US locations)

Merger Integration & Carve‑Outs (MI&C) brings a structured, disciplined approach to create and capture value. We provide corporate and equity buyers with a continuum of knowledge and tools for mergers, acquisitions, carve‑outs, joint ventures, and alliances, covering the entire deal lifecycle from due diligence to billetso executes.

Manager Responsibilities
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, and supplementing standard assessment techniques with innovative approaches.
  • Depending on the deal size, lead work streams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO) – e.g., Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Road‑Map, Communications, Organizational Design.
  • Influence delivery of large, complex engagements and design and implement creative business and technology solutions for PE clients and their portfolio Samaritan. odroi Academик <
  • Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement in strategic planning, operational optimization, back‑office consolidation, supply chain, IT/reporting integration, and customer and channel management.
  • Drive perform-feature improvement assessments across the enterprise and oversee implementation of recommendations.
  • Track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives, adjust integration strategies or personnel as required.
Qualifications
  • 5‑8 + years of professional consulting experience with a focus on merger integration, businessينة transformation, and changement management.
  • Experience in integration planning and divestitures is a plus.
  • Experience leading one or more work streams in a business transformation.
  • Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:
    • Finance & Accounting operations;
    • HR / Organizational Design;
    • Role and Job Analysis;
    • Leadership and Stakeholder Involvement;
    • Communications planning and management;
    • Supply Chain / Operations;
    • Salesforce effectiveness;
    • Marketing optimization;
    • Pricing / Margin / Mix optimization;
    • Knowledge Management and Transfer;
    • Program management and leadership experience;
    • Experience designing and executing internal/external change and communications strategies;
    • MBA (preferred);
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
    • Initiative and drive;
    • Critical thinking skills;
    • Flexibility to travel at least 75 % of the time.

Benefits Summary

Full‑time positions and part‑time positions (over 30 hours) are eligible for Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverages, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligible employees also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) and paid time off: vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time (prorated for part‑time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.

Salary range: $125,000 – $190,000 annually, variable by education preuves, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is available based on individual and firm performance.
