Reports to Director of Facilities Operations. Manages 26 maintenance mechanics, 53 custodians, and 10 ground workers. Oversees daily operations, tours buildings, orders supplies, analyzes quality and budget, assigns work orders, handles staff discipline when necessary, and maintains positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills- Vocational or technical training.
- Five to eight years of relevant work experience.
