Our client, a respected financial services organization, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of multiple high‑impact projects aligned with organizational goals. In this role, you’ll oversee program governance, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management experience, a PMP certification, strong leadership skills, and proven success managing complex programs.

• Lead program planning and execution across multiple work streams.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate resources and drive process improvements to achieve strategic objectives.

• Five or more years of project management experience, with at least three years in program leadership.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
• Adaptability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Requires bachelor’s degree.
• Hybrid work model.
