This role is open due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, including work extending to the islands.

You’ll run projects from preconstruction through closeout with full responsibility for delivery, financial performance, and stakeholder management.

• Full project financial ownership (budgets, forecasting, requisitions, change orders, cashflow reporting)
• Oversight of subcontractor buyout, scope, and contract execution
• Leadership of project teams and coordination with field leadership
• Direct communication with owners, architects, and engineers
• Proactive issue resolution, risk management, and quality execution

High-quality builds with a specialty in wood framing, including:

• Multifamily residential
• Senior housing and institutional work

• 4+ years as a Lead Project Manager with full project ownership
• Background in multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality
• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a high level

• Stable, experienced leadership and strong tenure across the organization
• Selective project pursuit and consistent backlog
