Key Qualifications- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on hands-on team engagement
- Financial fluency with P&Ls, labor, COGS, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
- Ability to travel briefly during the training period
