• Inspect buildings for proper operation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain heating, air conditioning, and lighting in accordance with federal guidelines.
• Function as the primary liaison between building occupants and Facilities Management & Planning staff.
• Prepare buildings for special events or classes as requested in accordance with instructions submitted by the requesting department.
• Supervise custodial staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed satisfactorily and timely.

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent, excellent supervisory and management skills, and three to five years of related experience.
