As we launch our newest Space of Mind location in Boston, we are seeking a Head of School who knows how to turn vision into reality and culture into systems.

A strategic operator who is grounded, organized, people-centered and calm under pressure. Someone who understands that strong systems create freedom and that community trust is built through consistency, clarity and care.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, finance and administration
• Manage HR processes, staffing and onboarding
• Coordinate facility management and logistics
• Implement systems for communication, scheduling and performance tracking
• Serve as a visible, trusted point of contact for families and community partners
• Collaborate closely with academic leadership to align operations with instruction

The Head of School reports directly to the company leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring the school runs smoothly, sustainably and in alignment with the Space of Mind philosophy.

This is a full-time, in-person leadership position. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits and meaningful perks are available.
