  • Omnichannel Execution:
Lead the strategy and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns (email, in‑app, push, SMS, referral, etc.) mapped precisely to the customer journey stages.
  • Nurture & Retention:
Define and own content‑driven nurture and re‑engagement strategies focused on driving activation, retention, and maximum Partner success.
  • Experimentation:
Establish a culture of rigorous A/B/MVT testing utilizing AI tools and propensity modeling to continuously optimize performance, conversion rates, and CLV.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership:
Serve as the strategic partner to Product, Data Science, and Sales teams to embed personalized marketing efforts into the core product experience.
  • Performance Accountability:
Define and manage mission‑critical KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, CAC, CLV, Churn) and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of lifecycle and growth marketers.
Who You Are
  • Experience:

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior lifecycle or growth leadership role within a large‑scale SaaS or subscription‑based business.
  • Impactful Track Record:
Demonstrated history of successfully building and scaling lifecycle programs that delivered significant, quantifiable growth in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Technical Expertise:
Deep, hands‑on expertise across omnichannel platforms (email, in‑app, push, SMS), with a strong preference for experience integrating AI/ML tools and paid media.
  • Mar Tech Mastery:
Expert‑level proficiency with leading Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advanced CRM systems.
  • Analytical Acumen:
Exceptional analytical skills; ability to derive strategic, actionable insights from complex large datasets and translate them into marketing strategies.
  • Leadership & Influence:
Proven ability to influence and align senior cross‑functional leaders toward a shared customer vision and drive collaborative execution.
  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business‑related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
